Das Konzept:

Wir wollen unser Gelände als eine ZENTRALE ZUGANGSPFORTE zum UNESCO Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin, Brandenburg (Deutschland) etablieren.

Den Besuchern wird die EINZIGARTIGE MÖGLICHKEIT gegeben werden, das Biosphärenreservat als eine ganzheitliche Erfahrung wahrzunehmen. Hier beim BIORAMA-Projekt erleben Sie, wie auf innovative Weise Freizeit, Kultur, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft mit ökologischen Nutzen gefördert werden.

Phase 1:

• Aussichtsplattform: Auf dem Dach des Wasserturms es gibt eine öffentliche Aussichtsplattform, sie beitet einen erstklassigen Panoramablick auf das Biosphärenreservat.

Die geplanten Einrichtungen:

• Design Fabrik: Hier werden Prototypen von Lifestyle-Produkte aus 'Zelfo' Material Hanf und Flachs hergestellt.

• Die Villa: Die umgebaute Villa: Veranstaltungsort, Theater, Treffpunkt- und Galerie. Hier entstehen Kunstprojekte mit Bezug zum Biosphärenreservat. Atelier/Wohnmöglichkeiten sind auch geplant.

The Concept:

We aim to become a GATEWAY DESTINATION to the UNESCO Biospharenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin, Brandenburg, North Germany.

Our wider aim is to provide a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY where a visitor can experience a holistic environment focused on demonstrating the best 'cultural' aspects of the Biospharenreservat. At the BIORAMA–Projekt visitors will be presented with an innovative demonstration of how to ecologically benefit from the land, for reasons of leisure, culture, science and commerce.

Phase 1:

• Outlook Point: Providing a panoramic view of the Biosphere from the Water Tower roof with public access by elevator. Opened 3rd June 2006

Plannned facilities:

• Design Fabrik: A commercial design prototyping facility producing lifestyle products from Zelfo (eco-plastic).

• The Villa: A converted villa providing an events, theatre and exhibition space. Also studio/accomodation for an artist. Our main objective is that Arts projects related to the Biosphere will be developed from here.
